The business card of our restaurant, namely the technology of barbecuing meat. It is a soft and dietary sliced beef brisket, which consists of two parts “point” and “flat”. The red smoky ring shows how well the beef was cooked, because it is formed as a result of the reaction of smoke with the meat, which languished at low temperatures for 14 hours on selected firewood just for you.
